We have enhanced our cleaning routine, and we are taking action to reduce the spread of viral infection:
Our common areas are disinfected as frequently as needed (including lifts, door handles, bathrooms, etc)
We ventilate our apartments before we clean, allowing fresh air to circulate for at least 20 mins and leaving all windows open during the entire cleaning process.
We clean and then disinfect all surfaces with Viricitol, an effective and safe disinfectant approved by health authorities. You can learn more about it here
Professional laundry washes all linens at high temperature.
Our check-in process can be done online to prevent large groups of guests from different groups in our public areas.
Face masks and gloves are available for our guests by request.
You will find soap and hand sanitizer available in our apartments and common areas.
Maximum air purification: To achieve maximum air purification and sanitation we installed a Cold Plasma Bipolar Ionization System (Pradditive) in all the air units of the apartments and common areas.
